About Our Nourished Coir
Buxton Hollow Farm Nourished Coir makes an excellent seed starting mix and is a superior alternative to peat in all potting mediums.
Our Nourished Coir is a coconut coir inoculated with a wide spectrum of nutrients from our potent Buxton Hollow Farm COMPOST TEA! It also works exceptionally well as an Hydroseeding Medium, a replacement for chemical hydroseeding. It is equal in cost and sprayed with the applier’s existing equipment.
The Fundamentals
Buxton Hollow Farm Nourished Coir is a premium, ready to use, growing medium. It is composed of ultra-high quality coconut coir fortified with Buxton Hollow Farm Compost Tea. It provides full spectrum nutrition and moisture retention. Our Nourished Coir provides seeds with a nutrient rich environment to get a healthy start. Our Nourished Coir maintains an environment for optimum moisture levels, nitrogen stability and natural aeration resulting in a much healthier root zone than traditional peat or coco mixes.
Buxton Hollow Farm Nourished Coir is easy to use! Start your seeds or cuttings in our Nourished Core. Once the seedlings have emerged or the cuttings have created roots, move the plant with some of the Nourished Coir still attached and place into your potting soil.
Buxton Hollow Farm Nourished Coir is a great medium for starting seeds, hydroseeding, or starting clones or cuttings that will significantly shorten propagation times over other methods.
